Best way to treat minor dog fight wounds?

My dog Bo is a Great Dane Pitt mix. hes very sweet. but the dogs across my road are annoying and they used to assert their dominance over him when he was a puppy. now that he is grown, hes starting to fight them. this morning, he was in a pretty vicious scrap with one dog and hes pretty scratched up. he's not seriously hurt enough to take him to the vet. (i know this because we've had to take him for fighting before) this is just some bite or scratch marks and stuff. his left ear got a bit banged up. it was bleeding on the sides like a dog tried to bite it off... so i tried my best to wash it and i put some antibiotic cream on it to try to keep it from getting infected. is there any other home remedy things i could do to try to help my dog the best i can other than a vet visit? i just dont have the money fora vet visit right now. and he's doing fine, just kind of slow moving. but he's happy and doesnt show any signs of any internal damage or anything. just surface abrasions really.
