What is a fitness schedule that would be good to prepare myself for basic training in the air force?

so i know that im going to have to run, do push ups etc. what im wondering is how can i get better at running. right now i think i can run either 3/4ths of a mile to just under that in about seven to eight minuets before i start to get tired. i can do somewhere around 30 push ups before i get tired. i can maybe to 30 sit ups before i start to get tired. so if anybody has a good work out program for me that would be great!
