Army or air force for education?

After I finish high school, I plan on joining the military. However, I want to use my intelligence as much as possible to aid my country. I was wondering, which branch provides more aid for furthering my education? I would like to go active duty at some point, but preferably after I finish college. Also, my main interest has been going into psychological operatioins if possible, and I know the army has the 4th POG, but does the USAF have anything similar to this?
