Husband looking at other women?

My husband and I have been married for seven months. We have a very happy marriage and I do not think he will ever cheat on me. I have a problem however with the way he looks at other women when we are together. If there is a woman he finds attractive in the room he will keep glancing at her from time to time. At times the women even notice that he looks at them. This makes me feel disrespected and even wonder whether he will one day cheat on me. I'm just looking for some opinions on this please. Am I over reacting? Am I correct in feeling this way?
