Is there a website where landlords post their housing that will available 2 or more mo. in the future?

When someone puts their house up for sale they rarely think they will sell it within 3 months... From what I've seen they don't even pack when they list it. So unless you're area is completely different from 99% of the US the vast majority of the houses you see right now, will probably be there in August.
