How do i share a calendar with other people?

I am trying to set up a group calendar for my office. Two of us were able to follow the instructions in regards to viewing the calendar however none of the other seven people can view any of the updated info. What do I need to do to have everyone in the office be able to access the calendar and make changes to it as necessary?
