VERY! Sick puppy help please?

She is 8 1/2 week old female great dane just got her two days ago and she has been fine all of a sudden didnt want to eat or drink then I had her walking aroud the living room and am stil using puppy pads indoors for safety until she has all vaccines then she looked like she was lookin for a place to poop so i picked her up and took her to the pad and she fell over and was like making a running motions on her side with her front and back legs it looked completely like a seizure?? I do not know what to do Iam am getting ready to take her to ER vet but just wanted to see if anyone has any idea as to what might be wrong and what can I do to help her we live about 2 hrs away from the closest ER vet and she is also whinning kinda and kinda walking funny like it hurts her to and seems very unsure of her surroundings please any advice at all would be helpful.......
