What do you think of boob jobs to help a job?

In my job my assets and what I look like are a key to being successful. I will not ex-close exactly what my job is as im sure I will be slandered for it but I have had a boob job and my pay and success has sky rocketed. I'm a person who will do what I want and I will do what it takes to improve my self if it is my decision but I wanted to know what people think about furthering yourself physically. specifically in plastic surgery.
